  • One workspace, one named user, one authorized Microsoft 365 mailbox and one workflow.
  • Import up to 50 active opportunities you provide, with owner, last interaction and next action.
  • Reviewable follow-up drafts in Outlook. Reply association and next-action tracking included only after passing the demo.
  • Setup on one supported customer-owned host, with documented restart, recovery and pause instructions.
  • A 60-minute handover, short operating guide and 14 days of in-scope defect correction.
  • A buyer-approved sample to compare preparation time before and after setup.

Acceptance covers the agreed import, ten representative draft cases, ten controlled reply-matching cases with ambiguous matches sent for review, no automatic external sending, recovery, pause and export. If a capability fails the demo, we narrow the written scope before charging.

Payment follows a working demo, accepted written scope and a dated delivery slot. Delivery is within five business days of the booked kickoff and receipt of agreed inputs. No autonomous cold outreach, bespoke integrations, ERP implementation, unlimited changes, hosting or revenue guarantees. Optional care after the support window requires a separate agreement. We document the actual data flow, including cloud services and model providers.
