1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of incub8ai.com ("incub8ai", "we", "us"), an AI platform for marketing and workforce automation operated by LEC Group Inc. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

incub8ai provides a platform for configuring and operating AI employees that draft and publish content, run research, and complete business tasks under your review and approval, with optional connections to third-party services you authorize. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization or workspace you connect to the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Publish content to connected social accounts that violates the policies of those platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform except as permitted by law.

5. Connected Third-Party Services

When you connect a third-party service (for example, a Meta Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, LinkedIn, TikTok, Slack, or a research provider), you authorize incub8ai to access and act on that service on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You may revoke access at any time from your workspace settings or the provider's own controls.

6. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the project data and content you create or publish through the platform. You grant incub8ai the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the service and to perform actions you direct (such as publishing a post to a connected account).

7. Subscriptions and Payment

If you purchase a paid plan, the fees and billing terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEC Group Inc and incub8ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the platform or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
